Now, I have a brand new Cusco Front Bar. I haven't put It In yet b'c I want to put In my GReddy V-Spec FMIC Kit In first. Although I am pretty sure It'll fit, but I'll ask anyway.
Will there be any fittiment Issues with the Cusco Bar and the FMIC Kit? Experiences with this setup?

Do you have power steering?
You realize that you need to move a bunch of stuff to make it fit, right?
Try do a search?
We had to move at least the leading coil assembly and the main fuse block under the hood.

I was refering to the 2 combined.
Will the Bar hit the Intercooler piping? After reading my thread again, I could see how the question was posed In a noobie format.
I have axed the Power Steering/AC.

I think the problem is snaking around the driverside shock tower (power steering may get in the way). I have seen pictures of people who have cut up the piping and angled it around the shock tower. Looks like a very tight fit.

I believe it is "designed" for s5 TII's because they test fitted it on a s5 TII and didnt bother to test fit on a s4. The say it will fit s4's with slight modification to cover themselves.
it is designed for japan S5 which has the brake booster on the other side. I think it hits the brake booster.
if you don't have power steering you have enough extra movement to clear the booster. with P/S you might have to cut and reweld one of the pipes to make it fit.

That is not really what I wanted to hear but I guess I will make it fit...
Can anybody back up or disagree with what Scott 89T2 says witht he brake booster and such?

I posed this question as an entire thread but received no replies. It has me stumped entirely.
What the heck Is the tab/bracket (coming off the 90 degree bend just after the elbow), for?

I'm seeing my Engine Bay here hIGGI.
Same colour Engine Bay (exterior painted 99 Miata Highlight Metallic Pearl Silver) except without all the annoyances of Power Steering., A/C and stock Sensors.
I'm seeing something joining to the tab I made mention of, but what Is It?

Yes, this was designed for a Japanese car, so the brake booster does get in the way. I don't have PS, but I did find that cutting about 1" off the TB side and welding it back onto the IC side of the last pipe made it fit just fine.
Don't know about PS though. As for that randome bracket sticking off.... I am removing mine... just hasn't been done in this pic.

I removed that bracket sticking off of the the pipe also. I removed my PS on my S5 for the kit to fit great and still had to cut some off the end of the other pipe for it to clear the brake booster completely. With the PS the fitment is VERY tight, I wanted to make changing my plug easier anyway, and get some road feel out of the car so I just chucked the PS. I also plan on going to an FD upper intake manifold and as such would have had to remove the PS anyway.

You were asking for Power Steering removal questions? The best thread (to my understanding) on removing the PS. Why? B'c their Is sizes of bolts to support this removal. I didn't swap to Manual Rack which I don't regret since. https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...eering+removal

Also, I want to see If I can get my GReddy BOV In the Inner 90 degree bend - where that former tab/bracket used to sit.

I may have to trim abit myself. I want the 90 degree bend to sit flush - rather than having It pointing upwards. I don't like that look.

There Isn't much fabricating Involved Jeff. The piping Is very easy to work with. Besides, don't get me started on moving the Main Fuse Box and Leading Coil.
Both these parts are what I plan on retaining In It's stock location. So yeah, even I'll need my hack saw for the Install.
