CA cruise control removal question

my CC doesnt work, not sure why, so im just going to remove it. do i just cap off the vac line that runs to the engine?
and will removing the CC throttle cable from the engine hurt my throttle response at all? like does it need to be reset, or should it be ok?

thanks in advance!

take out the motor and cable, you won't notice it. i never knew there was a vacuum line for the cruise control if there is, cap it.

yeah, there wasn't on my TII, but I took out a friend's cruise control on his S4 NA and he had a vacuum line coming out of it, I don't know if it's just an S4 / NA thing or what, but NA cruise controls look different than my TII one did, so I'm assuming it's an NA thing.

just cap off the manifold and you'll be good to go.
