cruise control connector lost

Can anyone tell me how the cruise control connector to the actuator is routed? I disconnected it and cannot find it. I was sure it came in through the hole on the inner fender on passenger side where the actuator itself fits. I recently rebuilt my engine wiring harness and cut out some connectors. The ones I cut out are not the same colours as the cruise cntrl connector.

The CC connector is four pins and comes through the firewall (not through the inner fender), sprouting off right at the base of the branch that goes to the wiper motor.
The connector itself has an integrated stud that plugs into the actuator mount bracket.
