Brake rotors. Which is better and why?

For street applications, the stock ones are as good as you'll ever need. Drilled rotors are supposed to vent off heat better, but reduced mass means they reach heat soak faster, and they're known to crack. Slotted rotors are supposed to vent off gas that gets trapped between the rotor and pad, but if this isn't a problem, then you're just reducing surface area and mass.

I know the stock ones are good for street, maybe I should've posted this in autox. That is what my application would be.

check out HAWK pads they make a few different kinds so check to see what fits your application best
