Could you post pick of the crome you've done in your cars.

I speak goober, I'll help you guys out. What he is trying to say is:

"So I blew my engine. I bought a second one through a private sellerl, which leaves me with my blown one. I think I am going to try to rebulid it myself. I don't know very much about cars yet, but I'm more than willing to learn. At the moment what I really want to know is what I can crome on the engine. Thank you all of the wonderful forum members and moderators of RX7club.com"

oh jeez someone just help the kid out... he asked a question, if someone has an answer then just help him... he's gonna be learning alot probably more than he wants to know right now from doing a rebuild on his own... there arn't alot of us on this board who've had the nuts to tear into one... it's just as rice as those who powdercoat the housings... and you'll notice alot of people do that when they rebuild one... I'd personally stick to black... thats just me.. but damn you don't have to start pulling out the damn muffler bearing jokes. I'd tell ya if I honestly knew... I don't know how well chrome handles the high rotory temps though... but I'd assume anything that can be powdercoated can be chromed.

Most chrome places can plug-up the holes to keep the internals from getting coated with the various metals & coating. Personall I'd be very cautions as there's lots of holes to blockoff.

Now you DON'T want to acid dip this as it would remove several Mazda internal coatings.
