creak in suspension

When I drive over things like speed bumps and into my driveway, the suspension in the front and the rear creak. sounds like rubber against polished metal. is this my busshings or my struts? I know my struts need to be replaced anyway. I was going to do my bushings later, but if it is this bad i think I should do it all at once. could it be anything else?

I had that before. Put armorall on the swaybar and control arm bushings.

Mine started doing that after I went to road racing track last weekend. Even more of a reason to get the RB suspension package and new shocks. I'll try the armorall until I get that though. Thanks for the tip.

FWIW, I would have consistant creaks at the rear Suspension. I replaced the bushings with Rear Upright Toe Eliminators and has been good ever since.
