crappy steering

yeah my steering sucks. when i drive down roads with wheel ruts i have to fight it to keep it from swerving off the road. i have to keep an eye on it all the time. what would it take to fix this? new urathane bushings? struts and springs? i know every part of my suspension is shot to hell, but which would be the most effective fix?

Have you atleast had an alignment done? Properly Inflated tires? You know, the basics.

Save up about 500$ install new springs and shocks. this will fix ALOT of you problem. Unless your car has been sitting in the air for the past 15 years your suspension is SHOT! I just recently installed new shocks (last night) tokico blues and Eibach pro springs.

The ride quality is amazing, firm, responsive and since it's all new the steering feel is alot more "in tune" if you will. Next on my list are new bushings and upgraded swaybars.

All in all it took my 5-6 hours with regular handtools to complete my suspension overhaul. granted my arms and hands are sore but it's done. And it's 100x better than worn ****
