Crap Idle, cleaned plugs, no change

At first the car would not start, so I cleaned a ton of carbon off the plugs, and now it sounds like it is only running on one rotor, heavy vibration

Leading plugs are bottom plugs, Trailing on top.

Now, are the "1" plugs at the front of the bay, and the "2" plugs near the firewall?

The manual does not mention, or does it matter..?

Either way, the car wont idle, and it's pissing my neighbors off cause I keep backfiring like mad

Yes rotor 1 is the front.

Buy new plugs. if they were that fouled, cleaning will do very little.

Brand new plugs, in correct position.

Still no change, doing a compression test later tonight, what numbers should I look for?

Nvm, doesn't really matter, as the front shows a grand total of Zero.
