Prolly alright. I don't know about gas mileage on a TII but...

Keep a couple of spare quarts of oil with you.
Keep a gallon of coolent with you or water or something.
Basic set of hand tools.
If you took out the spare tire and jack and that... PUT IT BACK IN!!!
Check your TPS and readjust before you take off.
Some spare fuses wouldn't hurt.
And maybe run codes on your car before you leave just to make sure.

...it's only 200 miles, i commute almost that every day. just use cruise control (if you still have it) or just leave it in 5th under 3500 rpms so the secondarys dont come on

I've gotten mileage as good as 22 mpg on flat highway cruising at about 3000 rpm, with very similar mods to you. However, if you are getting on the boost at all (climbing hills), don't expect much beyond 17 mpg or so. Also, make sure you have a good spare and a set of handtools.

Check all your fluids, top them up. It's always good to have a couple extra quarts of oil, and some coolant near by. If you were me, you'd have a fire extinguisher too :o

Those mods shouldn't make it run any richer than normal (not even the stripes... ). Why do you think it is?

I have similar mods and get ~22mpg in highway cruising (with a bit of overtaking thrown in too).

Tire pressures are very important, so check them too. Nobody ever remembers that...

Damn. You're worried about 200 miles (400 round trip)? It's a *car*.

I'd just jump in and drive, myself, but I also keep a decent selection of "side of the road fixit" stuff in my car at all times.

I've put 1200 miles on the FC in a weekend before. If it's decently maintained, there shouldn't be any surprises.
