ok besides the fact that the coolent seal is busted the car has been acting up again. the car starts up fine when its cold, but when it gets to reg op temp and then turn it off and sit for five min it has trouble starting or it will start and then die. what could that be?

oh and i guess the car had an alarm cuz now everytime i open the hatch it goes off so i have to turn the ignition for it to stop

oh yea i drive an 87 TII with 104xxx ans only mod is k&n intake

Your car probably has low compression. And if you know a coolant seal is blown then that is probably the main reason. You can try to deflood the car by pulling the fuel pump fuse and cranking it a little then putting it back in and trying to start it. But most likely you need a rebuild.

k thanks yea i knew i needed a rebuild but i didnt know what was causin the other things and we all know seven are know for wiring problems... i though it was electrical...
