couple fuel pump questions

I'm thinking of replacing my fuel pump. I am currently running 9PSIs on my turbo. At what PSI should I replace the fuel pump. Also, when I replace the fuel pump, what else do you need to replace. Do I need to replace the fuel pressure regulator or anything? thanks

Walbro. cheap and high flow. Its good if you are looking for an upgrade but not as a stock replacement as it will raise your fuel pressure and cause the car to run rich.

IMO the fuel pump should be upgraded when you install a FCD. The FD pump is a good mild upgrade and doesn't cause the problems Aaron mentioned.
