couple of electrical questions: Radio plus headlight

First, im installing the pivot headlight controller and ni the instructions it says to connect the wires to the 3rd spot from the right on the top of the 14 pin coupler, but it also says that wire is the red and yellow one, but the 2nd wire from the right is the red and yellow one. So which wire is the one for the headlight, the red and yellow, or red and blue(3rd one)?

Also my radio doesnt turn on, i installed a new antennae thinking that might be it cuz the old one didnt work, but it still doesnt turn on, theres no reading in the little screen, what could be the problem?

Check the fuse box to see if the fuse is blown(radio).

Um...you need to get a shop manual or look in the FAQ's to get the URL for the wiring diagrams...It is better to figure it out that way rather than instructions...Aftermarket Co's don't know a damn thing!!! Well, at least in my past experiences...

Always check the fuses first!!! Under the steering wheel on the left

As far as the radio...is it the stock radio, or after market? If it is stock check all the power wires...make sure that you are getting power...then check the groung connections...

-If you are not getting power to the wires check the fuses. No avail? Run a separate power wire from a constant hot and try again...

-If you are not getting a ground, trace the wire to the problem...if there is no evident problem, run a separate ground wire.

-if that fails it is probably the radio...

*If you have an aftermarket stereo in the car check the same as above...also, there should be some kind of fuse on the back of the stereo unit that could have blown...if the fuse, wires (power and ground) are all working as they should...unfortunately the stereo is broked! Get a gooder stereo...Hehe...like that? Haha I hope this helps!!!
