a couple ECU voltage ?'s

I've been having all kinds of idle and gas mileage problems since I got my car and have replaced quite a few sensors, the fuel filter (in line), removed emissions (they were throwing codes before removing), blocked off the MOP (was dumping a quart of oil per two tanks of gas), and I think that's all. I checked voltages at the ECU for all the inputs, sensors etc and had a few that weren't really within spec. AFM (2B) reads correctly w/ engine on, but reads a little bit low 2.2V at idle (should be 2.5-3.5V). Trailing Ign Coil (1V) should read 4V at idle, but reads 1.1V. Intake air thermosensor (2L) should read 1-2V but reads 3.5V. Are these far enough off to worry about and to need replacing? All the other readings for the trailing coil (1H, 1J) checked out fine. Thanks,
Patrick
