Coupe vs Vert battery harness?
Hey, im currently doing some electrical work on my s5 t2 coupe, and i found a good looking battery harness online for sale, but it says its for a vert. I tried looking around to see if theres any info on this but i was currious on if the vert and coupe battery harness is the same or able to be interchangeable?

there are a couple of differences, which may or may not matter.
if you go and look up the part numbers is basically works like this, and there is a tag on the harness which has the prefix, so its easy to ID
FC17-67-070F is manual trans with ABS (all t2)
FC01-67-070F is manual trans no ABS, no airbag (89 vert)
FC07-67-070F is automatic with no airbag (89 vert)
FC66-67-070B which is manual vert with an airbag (90-91 vert)
and FC67-67-070B which is a/t vert with an airbag (90-91)
so the wires for the neutral and reverse light switch is different for the manual and a/t
not sure about the ABS or the Air bag, there might be an extra connector or two?
