Dont care if it deletes the outside key lock, Wonder if i can just replace the whole assembly, with little to no fabrication

doesnt look like much trouble... and i ment the passenger side. Its just getting worse and worse. Looks like the PO backed into something but didnt break the lens just cracked it to hell.
