counter weight question

I finally have time to work on my car after a yr of it sitting. It is currently a full bridgeport s4 na motor. But im pulling it out for now to build it up for a turbo setup. Im putting in an s5 motor for the time being. So my question is .. Since im swappin motors i want to keep my lightened flywheel from my s4. Will i have to swap the counter wieght as well ?
