Could i safely fit a MT ET street radial onto a balony cutter?

the normal tire size for the baloney cutters is 205/60-15 if i remember correct. 15x6 rim size. the closes size to that i found is the 235/60-15. that is not going to fit on there is it? or do i need to get another rim to do this?
