So the nipple that the BOV connets to was sealed off? That in itself shouldn't be a problem as long as the new BOV is connected correctly. I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about with the BAC, but that doesn't sound like an issue to me. Perhaps you could clarify further?

The line that goes from the bottom of the bac to the intercooler pipe was sealed on the pipe. So I guess what Im asking is if my bac is still trying to work but the line on the bottom is not functional will this cause a problem?
If the BAC valve is not connected into the intake sytem (anywhere between the AFM and TB) then unfiltered and unmetered air will be sucked in anytime the BAV valve is operational. You should get the turbo-to-intercooler pipe fixed, i.e. unseal the stock BAC connection.
