Could it be anything else?
My 88 TII seems to have a boosting problem, it wont boost unitl really high RPM's, and even then it dosent pull very hard. I just bought the car and got it dirt cheap. I was wondering if it could be anything else besides a worn out turbo? Thanks

nah i dont know much about 7 turbos but sounds like a blow off valve problem or turbo problem, soory not much help here, but i owned an 96 Eclipse GSX!! that was the only experience with a turbo i had not very reliable so i sold it!!
