Could an accidental ingestion of coolant into the motor effect idle?
Last month while installing injectors I accidently crossed a coolant and vac hose which introduced coollant into the motor. Eversince I hve had a weird idle problem, at start up the car wont hold idle and it takes maybe 3 starts to get the car to hold idle. After that the car runs normally and holds idle fine. Everyone once and a while it will die at a light then start again but have a lumpy idle.

Are you sure the O2 sensor is used for idle? I've never seen it anywhere other than pegged rich at idle, and mine idles fine without the O2 sensor connected at all.
