custom just about everything.
have you bought the engine yet
if not just do a 13B-T or 13B-RE
they are much easier and cheaper to do.

I believe that the cosmo is actually a 13b-rew the manifold however says 13b-RE, probably to help identify the cosmo engine and avoid this confusion since there are quite a few other differences between the engines like the ports and mounts. The W is to indicate twin turbo. Just like how the 3rd gen engine is 13b-rew(twin turbo) and the 20b is actually 20b-rew(twin turbo).

The Cosmo 13B-RE engine will be an easier swap, its become quite common. The 13b-rew 3rd. gen swap is said to be more of a pain in the neck. But there are mount available for it now.

What he said. The 2-rotor engine in the JC Cosmo is a 13B-REW.
