Correct way to mod turbo II?

i own a very modded third gen, but i recently helped my bro aquire a very nice AE edition TII. I was wondering about modding the car. right now the car has a midpipe, and intake. I need to know what is the best thing to do next? How far can i go before i need a fuel computer of some kind? Downpipe?intercooler?Catback? How much does the AFM compensate for? I need advice from the pros, someone who has done all of this before, im very familar with the 3rd gen speed/density system, and i know the car will need more fuel at one point, I just dont know when. Tell me everything about the turbo(highest PSI on stock turbo), motor, and management you can.
thanks.

You can do a full 3'' exhaust, FCD, and an intake with a Walboro fuel pump. Make sure it has full voltage.

The wastegate is tiny on the 87-8's. You may want to yank the turbo off and port the wastegate, cause with a good exhaust, it will spike and creep like crazy. Also be careful running the FCD, the computer still thinks its only at 8.6 psi.

I'd keep it at 10 psi with the stock IC and injectors. I've found that my stock top mount sucks ***.

The setup I'm planning for 300rwhp and lower boost levels is:

- Upgraded TMIC (top mount intercooler)
- Upgraded OEM turbo wheel (10 - 12 psi boost)
- AEM EMS ECU (hopefully plug & play and includes datalogging )
- Greddy Gagues (air/fuel, coolant, boost, exhaust temp)
- Knightsport gague pod - mickey mouse style
boost controller (not sure which one yet)
- BOV (not sure which one yet)
- larger secondaries (750 or higher cc)
- racing beat 2.5" exhaust (downpipe, rotary catalytic converter, catback)
- www.mariahmotorsports.com cold air box, cold air headlight intake, K&N air filter
- upgraded ignition system
- stronger clutch
- upgraded fuel pump
