What's the purpose of these partial "over fenders" ? the ones in the pics provided by vaughnc ?
It does not seem to extend the wheel well at all especially in the back.
So what's the point ? Hiding rust ?
And are you supposed to drill the stock fenders to put them in place ? Why would you want to do that to perfectly good stock fenders ?
So many questions.
