Corksport exhaust

I acquired turbo back full exhaust with package deal and wondering if anyone used these. It’s a turbo back full exhaust looks to be stainless steel. Are these any good? Loud? How much is it worth if I decide to sell?

Looks to be a single muffler conversion setup that eliminated the catalytic convertors. If I look closely at the pipe on the far right, it looks to have a tube/port connection to supply the port actuators via exhaust pressure.

This means it is meant for the S4 (86-88) because port actuators were powered by the exhaust pressure. But, could be used on the S5 by blanking that tube port. . . .. If in fact it is actually a tube port there because it is hard to see from the pic.

Typically on the S4, the 5th/6th ports are powered by exhaust gas supplied by the last cat, which when using this setup, is no longer there.. . . Hence the need for the tube/port on that piece in order to feed exhaust gas pressure back to the 5th/6th port actuators.

That being said, eliminating all the cats and using a single muffler is not the quietest setup.. . . But, it would be quieter if you used the two middle pipes only. I think the far right and far left pipes are cat delete pipes.

As for price, go to cork sport and compare to their current prices.. . . .. Stainless muffler setups for the 2nd gen are getting more expensive because less people are making them.

.. . . .New twin muffler setups from the last cat back, (y-pipe and mufflers) can cost upwards of $1k or more.. . . .. I bought my Borla setup 10 years ago for $500. . . .Now they retail for $800+ if you can get them.

Should be able to get 300 to 400 bucks for it without waiting too long for a buyer. . . But you are in Hawaii. . . . Shipping costs are out of control which makes it valuable, but the number of buyers in your area is limited.. . .The right person would pay you more for it but you would have to wait for them to show up.

Wrong.
It’s a turbo exhaust. He said that in his post.
I have it. It’s very loud. Bought it new from cork sport. I think I paid somewhere in the 550-600 range for it.

+1 it fits nice and looks good but ITS LOUD. i think it also uses a stock sized cat delete, so you could run a converter if you wanted to keep the smell down

I currently have it and yes it is effin LOUD! I want to quiet mine down a little so I don't have that drone on the highway. I do like it tho, I've had it since 2011.
I remember back then buying off their website. Plenty of good options for parts back then. Price? Not too sure on that. However I would say its quality. Def going to be waking up your neighbors lol.
