Copying Sniper_X and Scott89T2, Here Is 4k
Wow. 4k posts. Looks like I have too much time on my hands. I have really enjoyed being here on the forum. I start 90% of my sentences w/ "On the forum there was this guy..." What can I say, I love this community. The RX-7 is a true calssic. Born in the desire to create a well balanced, well powered, great looking automobile. The FC has a special place in my heart. It is small and compact, yet packs a wallop that most people are not ready for. It is visually pleasing, and handles like a car should. Acceleration is brisk, and braking is damn near neck snapping. Cornering, well, is unbeatable in it's class and price bracket. We have somethig very special on our hands. We chose the FC. Many because we wanted to be part of the legacy, but could not afford the FD. Many, because you owned FCs before, and never wanted to move on. SInce I drove home my FC about a year ago, I have found out just what kind of machiene it is. Unreliable, quirky, tempramental. Just like a woman But for some reason, I have a big problem turning away. I see rotors in my dreams (and smell gas as well) I daydream about the day when I have to choose between the TII or the N/A to drive that day. I love the FC, and mostly, it is thanks to you. Fellow FC owners, we are a dying breed. Our cars are aging, and more and more we see them abandoned and lost in junk yards and scrap heaps. We drive a forgotten beast, a lost monster. The FC3S is seen as a lesser car to the awesome FD, but we know, that is not true. We love our cars. We break our checkbooks and our knuckles for them. We fight to keep them alive. We are a dying breed. We appreciate TRUE Japanese power, not some body kit and neon. We understand what it is like to dedicate our selves to car, and we make others scratch their heads and ask "Why?" ANd for all that you have shown me, all that you have helped, all that you have done: Thank you. Thank you Node, and Jason. Thanks HAILERS and Ted. Thanks Unique and Scott. Thanks Aaron and E6KT2. Thanks jspecracer and dre. Thanks Chris and SonicRat. And thanks to all of you I did not mention, because you are all wonderful people. In closing to this long post, have fun, be safe, and keep those rotors spinnin.

Here's a little trick for ya. If you go to someones profile and click "view all posts by this user", you see all of their posts, including the Lounge posts that don't add to your post count. Rico, yours is actually just over 5000! You are a Lounge post *****!

Yeah, a dying breed indeed. But what can I say? I love this damn little car so much there is no way I could part with it. Even 5 years down the line when I'll have an FB, FD, TII, and my current car.. This one will always be the first and most special .
Good post BTW.

ya like I said it's topics. not posts.
for exaple if I posted 2 times in each topic. in 3500 topics. then I'd have 7000 posts. but since I have 4000. it would mean that 3000 of those were in the lounge. in 1500 different topics.
get it?

It's not threads (or topics), it's posts. Do the "search for all posts buy this user" and you'll see it finds all posts in a thread, and counts them all. That's why when I checked mine and Rico's it found more posts that our post count says we've made, because Lounge posts aren't added to your official count. I don't know why yours is backwards, like I said, weird...
