coolent warning light and buzzer HELP!!

I am a brand new owner of an 88 rx7 conv. with NO owners manual. Don't know what fuses go to what or where! Warning buzzer for coolant light is driving me crazy. Car not running hot...is buzzer connected to fuse or how do I disconnect it and where is it connected? thanks

Wait, why is there another thread on this? Fill the filler neck and coolant reservoir.

Why are there so many threads on this subject? It's no wonder so many people think RX-7's aren't reliable, some people don't listen to what their car is telling them.

Always disconnect the owner from the car before you disconnect the coolant buzzer. No coolant = no engine. I don't care even if your cooling system is fine now, you need it to warn you in case you get in trouble in the future.

The buzzer wire connects to the middle on top of the radiator. If it's not connected, the buzzer will go off always. I believe it's just a wire, so make sure the wire is good first (a multimeter helps). If so, check/replace the sending unit (in the middle of the top of the radiator). To check it, putting it in a cup of water will probably make the buzzer stop (if it's good and it's connected to a good wire). You don't need to start your car to do this, just turn the key to the on position.
