ok>>>> i live in missouri>about 45 minutes west of St. Louis>it doesn't get that cold out here, sometimes (during the day it ranges from 38-56 degrees F) Before; i was going threw thermostats like crazy!! But i took out my thermostat!! Is the wise to do? I still get some heat for the heater,but it's not that warm and my car NEVER overheats!! I would like to hear EVERYBODY'S OPINION on what they think!

O and by the way could the problem be else where?

When i start my car should coolant gush out since i took out the thermostat???
