Question COOLANT LOSS, QUESTION ABOUT LOWER RADIATOR HOSE 1990 FC3C n/a

Drove to casino two days ago, 91 miles each way, and when I got back, noticed leak under car. Was fine before I left from casino, so no big loss. Question, the hose has to be replaced because it has swelled up a bit and rubbed on air pump pulley. Seems like the hoses configuration puts it too close to the pulley. Maybe someone put on wrong hose, or is it just that tight? Suggestions? Gonna replace all the hoses and belts while I'm there, but just seems wrong.

Either the hose is mis-installed, or the wrong hose is used, or the air pump is mounted wrong

Thanks for responding so quickly Icemark. So obviously, If someone installed the wrong hose It wont help to take this one directly to the parts store. Do you know of the mazda part number by chance, or just go directly to them to get correct one? Thanks again!

I wouldn't be surprised it's some generic hose from the auto parts stores.
The generic auto parts stores carry a bunch of hoses that fit multiple applications.
You need to be very careful about using these things, as stupid things like touching belts and pulleys is very possible.
If it's a Mazda OEM part, it might be misinstalled.

The hose can fit upside-down.
