coolant leaking, IN THE INTERIOR! FOOTWELLS! HELP!

hey guys, i was coming home last night and my voltage went up to 15volts. im like alllright as i just had retied down the battery, and installed a fd alt a few weeks ago. then my floot gets slippery (stripped car). then my coolant buzzer goes off. ****. this is not good. still not overheating. i got home. the floors were wet. i dont know what to do, and i am unsure if my ECU got messed up. no fuses seemed to have poped. what do i do? thanks

Sounds like a hole in your heater core to me, and a big one at that ...if the low coolant buzzer went of!!!

You can either pull out the dash and replace the heater core with a new or junkyard peice. Or you can bypass the heater by capping off the connections in the engine bay( drivers side of the motor under the oil filter and passsenger side hard line

there is a large black tupe that goes into the firewall right behind the throddel body. it has a screw clamp on it.
start your car and let the pressure build up and turn on your heater, WATCH THAT PIPE, any drips? its the area wet? if so that your prob, tighten it again.
this happened to me, the **** worked itsself loose and coolant ras running down my firewall and into my car some how. check it first
