coolant leak on TII, lower manfold to turbo

Ive got a coolant leak on my new motor now. What happened was on the flange that connects to the lower intake manifold that carries the coolant for the turbo, theres 2 studs.

Well when I went to go put nuts on them one of them got tight but I found out that the threads IN the manifold are stripped for the other hole, so the stud just spins. It will get hand tight, but cannot be tightened any farther.

I was wondering if anybody had any ideas on how to repair this? Could I possibly replace the gasket with a THICK layer of silicone and just get the second bolt as tight as I can, or is there someway I can repair the bolt hole?

You could probably thread chase the bolt hole and get it to work, or retap for a slightly larger bolt and you will be okay.

Dont use band-aid fixes, because they never work for long...;
