Coolant leak from the rear right

I can't seem to find this coolant leak in my 1988 Turbo II. I'm losing about 10 fluid ounces of coolant every 100 miles but it's not consistent. It doesn't seem to leak when the motor is running but usually when the car is driven and parked I find a puddle under the right side skirt upon returning to the car. It seems to be leaking from inside the chassis through the plug I circled in red and running down the pinch seam before dripping off. Strangely, it doesn't always leak; sometimes I go several hundred miles without losing any coolant and other times I find a small puddle under the same spot when I get back to my car after driving it. Anyone have any ideas where this leak could be coming from? The picture if of the rear right wheel looking back and the car is stock besides a turbo back exhaust, radiator, and coilovers.

Not fully sure what this is outside of taking your time and following it. Clean the area and wait since if you said it only occurs when it sits. Also, would you notice it more or less if you turn your heat on at all? Coolant should never go THAT far back on the chassis, but if you've checked all the other areas, that's the last area I could think of where it would flow into the chassis...

It's coolant for sure. The drips and puddles are green and I have had to top off the coolant several times.

It's definitely strange that its leaking from all the way back there. But when I jacked up the car and followed the drip, that's where it seemed to be coming from. I was thinking maybe the leak is further up in the chassis and it is flowing to the back before draining through that plug?

w0ppe is on the right track...I'm thinking heater core. Check pass side carpet below dash. See if it's wet.

Take the plug out where some coolant is coming out of so any remaining coolant can drain.

You can also undo the hoses to and from the heater and use some pipe and elbows to join them to bypass the heater as a test.
