Coolant fittings for throttle body

Hi guys - I hang out in the 1st gen section, but i'm transplanting an S5 13B into my '85 GS and putting a blower on it, so figured you guys should be able to help me out. I need to know what to do about the two fittings (one in the rear iron, and one on the water pump housing) that usually go to the throttle body for coolant. Can I just cap them, or do I need to run a hose between them to complete the coolant path? I'd rather just cap them because there isn't a good way to run a hose between them, but if that's what I have to do I'll figure something out.

Thanks!

Rich

You can cap both to my knowledge, you just have to use some sort of sealer for the one on the rotor housing. Check out http://www.rotaryresurrection.com/ and then the tech section for emissions removal and that should give you what your looking for.
