hey guys i was hoping you could reccomend a cool color to paint my 90 vert. i have ordered a blue cloth top from robbins...so it is dark blue in the day but looks black at night, or when it is wet it looks black. any ideas? my brother owed me money but would only buy me that color...soo i need feedback for a color to paint the body.

paint the rest of the car the same color as the top, or just paint it black

depends on the color of the interior.

Black interiors go with about anything. The vert really doesn't have a "Best" color. I think OEM paint colors (black, red, white, med blue, dark blue) look good as well as medium yellow and Dark red.

The blue interior goes good with white and dark blue.

It's a convertible, so you might want to go with brighter colors (white, yellow, medium blue) to refect the "openess" feel. I'd also recommend a 2 tone interior to reflect the outer colors.

Mazda did a good job overall with the paint codes & interior colors.

I need to get this done as well.

http://www.mazdaformance.com/rx7.htm offers them for about $1200/seat (I think) but it would be cool to get a white/blue custom job done as well
