No, that is not what a targa top is. What you described is just a removable roof panel, like the roof on the Supra in FAF. A targa is a hatch, that goes straight down directly behind the seats, until it gets to the level of the rear most seal of the hatch, and it extends back perfectly flat. This gives you a vertical rear window, directly behind you and a flat rear bonnet and very deep/wide D-pillars. It makes the car look like it is rear-mid-engine. Like an MR2, or a fiero. The delsol had a targa but was as you know front engine, porshe 914 has a targa. See the attachment for a pic of a NICE targa rex!
I would love to get a kit like that, but I can not find anything on the company that made it, looks like it says aerodyne industries and it also says Fine, so I don't know what's up with it.

im sure he can do a targa top pretty easily, if guys are ok with the window being lexan ive seen that kit a few times, im not a fan of it, but if thats what you want ill see what can be done dont think it would be too hard by how he talks about the body stuff that he can do. ill get back to guys on the stuff, im gonna see him tomorrow, this is probably 90% gauranteed that he will start making stuff for us with the amount of replies and hits on this thread so expect to start seeing stuff by the middle-end of may

also, he has 3 turbo II's so yes we can make intake kits and TID kits for turbo's also

can you make one????????
Right on, that is exactly what I was talking about, pretty much to the word of exactly what I'm looking for. As for the pseudo-trunk i.e. replacement hatch, I don't care about that. The tinted lexan sounds like the way to go.

And I agree with the other guy who really liked the Bomex bumper and side skirting, that would be awesome too.

that's not what a targa is, a targa is just the middle of the roof being removed. like the supra's and the corvette if you have a pannel that is the roof but can remove it from between the windshield and the hatch glass that is a targa top.
