cooing problems, s4 rad in s5?

I currently have a s4 radiator in an s5 car. I'm just working on the car and thats the radiator that came with it. I was wondering will i have problems bleeding the air out of the cooling system. And will I have problems later on with developing air pockets since the s5 thermostate housing is higher than the fill on the s4 koyo radiator.

Only if someone made an al s5 thermostat housing with a radiator cap.

I do know the difference between the s4 and s5 radiators and tstat housings. And i have searched and could not find the answer.
