converting front lower control from a 86-88 to fit a 90

I heard that it is possible to convert a front lower control (two pieces ball jont and arm) from a 86-88 to fit a 90 which is a one piece which you cannot change the ball joint. I need to know the size of the ball joint and how to fit it to athe older arm.

thank

What you do is you find a S4 lower control arm. Then go to the auto parts store and buy some new ball joints.

Also, you need the S4 sway bar end links to make this work.
