Converting A 5 Sp To A Automatic Transmission

For a number of reason I need to put a automatic in my 1986 13b it is stock,
What all will i need to compleate this task? can a 350 gm turbo be used or I have to get the Mazda unit,

to the best of my knowlege you need the tranny, driveshaft, counterweight, wirings and a bunch of assorted doo dads, plus the mounts are not the same, also the sourround, and some other interior things.
why not trake the five speed for a nicer auto?

I know there was an Auto computer as well in my S5, so you may need one of those.
There are changes to the radiator too.
