do a search
as far as exhaust goes you really can search 2nd gen. wide and are not limited to vert application only systems.
I have the RB downpipe to presilencer to dual can and I love it. Quite rumble at idle and throaty once you get on her a bit. Have fun in your search..Aftermarket RB will be the quietest you will find but you will still notice a difference over stock.
Do you plan to keep in cats and emmision?

No, you can not install back seats in a vert. The body structure does not permit it as well as the top when lowered would be on top of any passenger in the rear.

English? Anyways... Read the stickies and search. all of your questions can be answered by 30 seconds of searching.
edit: fine example of a 30 second search.
