Constin Bipping Noise help please

When you start the motor

its starts bipping its coming near the cpu near the fuse box
i have pull out the STOP fuse and its gose away
do you need this fuse and what dose it do


hese a pic of the fuse box cover
so u know what i mean about the STOP fuse

that is it damn thing did it to me at 90 mph on the highway! i thought that i blew something bad. It makes your power steering shut down, and constantly beeps when the car is running.
