Compressor wire color?

Compressor wire color?

I'm searching for the wire to plug into my A/C compressor, and found one coming from under the battery tray. It is black with a white stripe, and the connector has been cut off. Is this the right wire? S4 TII car. Thanks.

The A/C compressor clutch wire is black/white. Check to see if it has 0V with the A/C switched off and 12V with the A/C switched on. Make sure the fan's on.
