compression tube

I have a fmic I want to use on my s4 t2. Has anyone ever used a n/a compression tube?? I have an extra n/a and its the perfect bend if you wanted to go front mount or even v. But I did notice that the stock one is only 2 in inlet, the n/a looks like 3. Does it matter??

Also, I have a modified n/a throttle body. Can I use that?? Thanks.

I used the plastic na piece on my turbo first gen. Never had a single problem. I ran around 12psi of boost on an s4 turbo motor. I did have to modify the oil filler neck.
