Compression Test After Overhaul

Hi, I just want to know how do I test the compression right after Reassembly the engine together. Like this one .

As long as the intake ports are open, just crank the engine over with the starter and the "air" will be compressed by the turning rotor and you'll see the pulses. Make certain schrader valve is removed if using a piston engine compression tester.
