Compression for a non-turbo 13B

I'm looking at buying a '91 RX7 with a non-turbo 13B. I understand that maintenance is a huge part of the lifespan of a rotary engine, and I'd like to know what a good compression number is for these engines. I've read several different things regarding it, but the numbers aren't the same everywhere. They range from "Above 70" to "85 is an acceptable reading" with a general agreement of 115 being like a new engine.

At what PSI should I be concerned about the life of the motor? The car currently has 123.xxx miles on it, and I'd like to be able to go at least two more years without rebuilding the motor.
