comp test results~~~

I was just looking at a jdm 1991 tii.

Tested it at ~97psi front, 95 psi rear. (my old n/a gave me 115 front and back ) He also had compression test results from a mazda dealership.

Front rotor was 7.2, 7.2, 6.9 and the rear rotor was 6.5, 6.6, 6.6.

It pulled really good and run well despite the hunting idle. Exterior was a little more ruff them I'm used to and the only thing that annoyed me was the cracking windshield molding (pretty common front i have seen) and the side window molding being cracked aswell.

Also passenger window was getting cought on the seal sometimes when being rolled up (window needed to be tightened from the looks of it)

Any insight would b great, looking to get back to him sometime tomorrow.

Looks like it would have great potential but the compression test worried me a little. (under the impression that 100 or better is ideal)

I'm going to sleep on it anyway~~~ cheers.

above 80 and you got a good running engine, anything below I would worry some.
above 100 is basically a new engine.
