hey everybody,
i just got back from colorado

two things i noticed
lots of rx-7s, especially FB's and FC's

and "regular" gas is 85 octane

whats up with 85 octane, could i run it in my turboii? in an NA? does the elevation affect the octane that you need (i was about 1-2 miles up the whole time)?

I've never heard of 85 octane before, but you def can't run it in the turbo II. Your NA should be wuate happy with it, though.

hey im from colorado.. i knew a guy who ran 85 in his TII it didnt run super great but as far as i know it didnt detonate.. i alternate between 85 and 91 but i dont notice much difference.. my guess is that up here theres less air so your running a little rich already so you dont need the higher octane fuel to combat detonation..

i bet our gas prices are better then yours...
