hey guys, i did a search and didn't really come up with a clear answer so i thought i'd post here.
well my problem is my defroster, When i select defroster on the logicon and turn the air up, instead of the air coming out of the windshield vents, it comes out at my face and feet.. do i need to get a complete new logicon? a new air mix motor? or is it an easy fix? Any help is appreciated, thanks

Do you other settings work right? If not then it would seem the logicon is screwed up. Take it apart and see what's going on. If it's already broke you can't break it any more.

 

well what do i look for when i take it apart?

 

Start with cold/bad solder joints or corrosion on the boards. Be careful, SCR's (black things with three legs) can't stand much heat, so have a GOOD soldering iron!
