Cold start woes

Last night it got down to the 30's and when I went out to start my car this morning, it didnt like it. It sputtered to life and seemed like it was missing. I also noticed that it spit out some oil, which it never does. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? The timing is good and i just replaced my TPS.

Happens to me as well on cold mornings, but it still starts. Might be the norm for an aged motor, but I'm not sure.
