cold start question

cold start question

Its a little hard to turn my 87 rx7 t2 over now a days and i poped the hood and noticed there wasnt any fluid in my cold start Reservoir what do u put in there?

if the cold start tank is empty
doesnt it mean that it was working?
comeon people, common sense

you dump coolant in it. 90/10 water
you shoudl read the sticker on it.... or the user manual for stuff like this
