clutch wear in period

I'm sorry. I know this has been answered a bunch of times. I have it in another post... but I am getting my car back tomorrow with a new clutch. I need to know what all the wear in period entails. like different ways to use the clutch during the period how many miles, what to chant while driving or whatever. and ways that would safely speed up the process. there's an autocross sunday, and I want the 7 to make its graceful debut with a worn in clutch.

you lazy poc (piece-of-cheese ), you didnt look the other post, did ya ?

Anyway, you have to do something like 500km driving like a baby No hard drops, no launches, always work in the "good area" of the rpm range, dont slip too much, fully depress cluth etc etc.....
