clutch specs

Does anyone know how much clearance there should be between the flywheel (or pressure plate, same difference) and the clutch disk with the clutch pedal totally on the floor? (for TII)

How about how much stroke the slave cyl should have from pedal full up to full down?

What's the correct step height for the flywheel?

How can I tell if the release fork is bent?

I'm trying to figure out my non-working clutch issue today.

What is the issue? Are we sure that the master cylinder isn't pitted or slave cylinder worn out?
Not trying to sound patronizing.. But you know that old clutch fluid doesn't work well and can tear a slave cylinder up.
